You can see if Google Chrome is managed by browsing to:

You can see what policies are applied by browsing to:

Note that chrome has "recommended" settings, and regular settings. The recommended settings can be changed by the user, and are only applied when the browser is first initialized or reset.The regular settings are always applied and cannot be changed by the user.

Microsoft Edge is based on the same code base, and works very similarly. You can access the same settings, but with another prefix:
